Pemba-Mecúfi Urbanization

Integrated urbanization project in the Cabo Delgado region, Mozambique. The intervention includes residential, commercial and service infrastructures for over 10,000 residential units, with particular attention to environmental sustainability and integration with the local social fabric. The masterplan includes: - Housing for 50,000 inhabitants - Commercial and business center - Health and educational facilities - Water and waste treatment plants - Road network and public transport
